Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates (Continental United States Only)

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated based on location and weight of goods and displayed at checkout. Xclassyapparels.com offers the below shipping services via the United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Shipping method: USPS First Class Package Service
    Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping method: USPS First Class Package Service – Retail
    Estimated delivery time: 1-5 business days
  • Shipping method: USPS Retail Ground
    Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping method: USPS Priority Mail
    Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping method: USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box
    Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping method: USPS Priority Mail Express
    Estimated delivery time: next day to 2-day delivery by 6pm

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Xclassyapparels.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

Xclassyapparels.com offers deliveries within Nigeria via its Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Shipping within Nigeria is categorized as follows:

  • Lagos State (Mainland and Island deliveries) – All deliveries within Lagos State are determined by the availability of the delivery company, speed of delivery, and the price quote of the delivery company. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
  • Outside Lagos State – All deliveries outside Lagos State are determined by the availability of the delivery company, speed of delivery, and price quote of the delivery company. Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Xclassyapparels.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Xclassyapparels.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
